Colors of Fall in Riverside, CA.

I'm living in the Inland Empire area which is really hot in the Summer and cool in the Winter! I really like to enjoy the Fall colors of the New England (used to live there for 3 years). In the current living area, I have Japanese maple which has red young leaves in the Spring, then green leaves in the Summer. It supposes to have orange leaves in Fall, but I have never seen that kind of colors here due to the hard water and temperature. However, I have persimmon and jujube which give orange, and yellow leaves respectively in the Fall.

For bonsai, I have pomegranate which have bright yellow leaves in Fall. I like its color! In my opinion, pomegranate can be displayed not only while it is bearing the fruit but also while it has Fall color!

Thanks Si. I have 3 crabapples in the back. They still have green leaves with fruits.
