Enjoyed this event for a couple hours this morning. Bought a couple trees and took a couple of mine over for some cheap consult. Couple nice guys offered their advise for 10 bucks
Only the third time I have seen bonsai in person and first time talking to anyone in person who knows Jack.

I was there today, too - good fun. Walked the conservatory after, some impressive trees spread around with interesting bonsai information. Picked up two small trees and a larger juniper, winning. Great day, super glad I made the trip.

My crappy phone pics don't do them any favors. The big maple with tiny leaves and exceptional nebari got my vote for#1
Showed these pics to my wife and she said "you have better looking trees than that" LOL I said no I don't...
