Cool Dragon turtle!

I met this guy to pick up a beautiful wooden/granite plant stand and I noticed this hanging out on the floor.

I picked it up for ten bucks before I did research on it cause it was interesting. He told me that he bought it in Canada over 20 years ago in Toronto but when I search I see a bunch of tiny less detailed versions of this one.

It's literally about ten pounds which makes me think it's resin based but if you know anything on it please let me know

I bought Crystal a solid bronze one last year with the addition of a Happy Buddha on top to add to here collection of small one's. I don't follow it but she puts up with me collecting plants that don't grow here
