Wanted to put this up and see what you guys/gals thought. Found this little tree and looked like a decent trunk.

Looks like I am going to be busy for a while. I know I am going to have to cut a lot of the growth off, but luckily I know these things grow like weeds.

Any suggestions, tips, or styling advice would be helpful. Never worked with a cotoneaster before.

Thanks.

Aaron

Defect I would chop that above the new growth on the right in the last picture and remove everything else, they do grow fast and I bet next year it would be well on its way with that nice trunk it already has.

Figured I would post some pictures after trimming it up a bit and can now see the trunk line better. Still not sure exactly where I want the front.

Ed, were you talking about doing this? (picture 4)

Thanks for looking.
