Could this be trident maple?

This tree is planted at my wife's work, don't know what type it is.

the leaves throughout the tree are pretty varied, some have that three lobed pattern some havefive clear lobes, they all have the rounded tips though. It is in hardiness zone 5a-6b, although it can get much colder that those ranges sometimes. that is near the low end of their hardiness if is a trdent, i don't know if they would plant these here. I've never seen any others in the area.

Probably Amur maple. It is a very common "street tree" in the north.

I agree, it looks very much like Hedge Maple.
