depending on what the base looks like will dictate if i keep some form of the bottom branch.
slanted broom or w.e. if i can afford to get rid of it

i got rid of 12" off most growing tips because it was so damn grown out from all summer

You may want to even consider leaving that bottom branch for a few growing seasons as a sacrifice to help fatten the base.

Yeah not a bad idea. Idk for certain but it feels like since that brach is so low it almost attaches to a mound under it. Not sure what to make of it now or if that'll force me to go clump style or something
