Crape myrtle repot

What’s up guys I have pecos crape myrtle still in a nursery container with their soil and I just noticed today some small buds starting to swell, will this be a good time to repot or has that ship sailed and I should just wait til summer? I Live in Southern California LA county to be exact, any information would be greatly appreciated! This is my first crape myrtle. The picture I included is the biggest bud on the tree right now thanks again!
