Hi Folks,
Here are a few photos of our 5th annual show - Our Club is very small but attendance to our show seems to be going up every year - it was estimated that we had over 5-600 go through in just over 6 hours.
The trees may look a little rough but this is the wrong time of year for us to have "show" ready trees.
The large Mountain Hemlock at the entrance of the garden was heavy = 8 hands.
Can't beat the location - a local arts council cottage garden, that backs onto the ocean with a spectacular view of Discovery passage, Quadra Island (Cape Mudge lighthouse) and cruise ship? (on the Alaskan Cruise Ship route).
First of 2 posts. Small tree in last photo = Sitka Spruce on Limestone.
Cheers
Graham
