What is the best treatment to get rid of these little buggers from my Ficus trees.

I cut all the new leaves off last fall and thought I had gotten rid of them.

But while in the green house they have come back in full force.

I will cut off all the damaged leaves this weekend but I think I need to spray them with something to kill any that remains on the trees.

Anyone had this problem and is so what have you used?

If you go to anyone of the big box stores you will find an insecticide that will work fine, just look at the list of bugs that they kill.
Thrips are easy to kill with these. Biggest prob. is that because they easily move from plant to plant via flying, you really need to treat all your ficus at the same time.

If not you will find yourself running round in a never ending cycle.

yah if your just cutting leaves off your not killing them. I have a monster banyan in my neighbors yard and when ever the wind blows I see them I use a systemic to ward mine off
