So around where I live the time to cut candles are around July 4th or so, depending on the size of the tree.
My question is the candles on my JBP have already extended and partially opened, by the time it's July, it's hard to even tell where the candles are anymore.
When I see instructional videos of people cutting candles, they are when they actually look like candles and haven't opened yet.
Is it possible to cut candles in early spring and then again in July?
