Dark brown/black spots on jin

Can anybody tell me what these spots are on my jin? I applied lime sulphur about 2 months ago and this is the only jin out of all my trees that has this. It almost looks like some sort of mold? Any help on identifying and correcting it would be much appreciated.

Mold, just like in your bathtub or shower grout. Household chlorine bleach 15% in water, painted on with a nylon or other not natural brush. Just leave it and it will be washed off by rain. Couple times a year and you'll have white jin. It also whitens skin and little spots on your clothes, so do it at arms length and in clothes you're not fond of.
