Dark points under the foliage on my Carmona fukien tea cutting

Hello everyone, I planted this cutting about 2 months ago and it did pretty well and was flowering and even had a new shoot
I just found out that there are dark marks under the leafs, this kid seems ill, Can anyone help me what to do about it?

Don't know, I can't quite discern anything specific from the photos. But it does look like a problem just getting started.

I would take a cotton swab, dip it in 70% alcohol (90% will work too) and wipe the spots, and the general undersides of the leaves. The alcohol will not hurt the leaves, it will dehydrate any insects, insects eggs, and kill most fungi it comes in contact with. You could also or instead use alcohol in a spray bottle. Wet the foliage upper and underside surfaces.

If you have neem oil on hand, you could use that as a prophylactic spray.
