I repotted this dawn redwood one week ago to correct an earlier mistake (roots were on very bottom of pot, as opposed to having soil underneath). It still has brown/yellow spotted leaves. Ive noticed that new growth on old branches is normal, however, new branches have severely brown and withered leaves.
There are a few pictures of the highest root layer as well, as I am not sure that they are a healthy color. Tree also has about 10 osmocote pellets on it in completely inorganic soil.
I also found small white bugs crawling around on soil surface yesterday, and none on leaves.
Im looking for help diagnosing it. Thanks in advance.
