It's a PDF file right, and I need to download it by clicking on the download now button right? Just want to make sure. I've developed a habit of not clicking on buttons that seem to jump out at me to get me to do things.

Yes it is a PDF and it is downloadable. I have checked the link and it works. Resources can be articles, files, videos, sound files, whatever you want them to be.
