Nice place to live, I have relatives building a place to move to there now, retiring there from Ontario.
Do you ever go visit the Shikoku bonsai place?

Yes I try to see Gerald as much as I can. One of the only Comercial growers in western Canada. I love to walk around his place I'm quite lucky to live that close to his shop.

I decided to just go for it. Win or loose I'll have learned something. I cut the top about 2/3 of the way through, then I snapped it off and let the bark naturally peel down the trunk. Now I'm going to wait and see what happens.
