Hi everyone. I noticed that the spring young leaves of the Chinese elm became deformed, this can be clearly seen in the photo. He wintered in a shelter, is constantly outdoors, and this is the first time I have encountered this.
I fertilize 18:18:18, grow it in an inorganic substrate like all my other trees. There are no visible pests and it doesn't look like a spider mite. Maybe this is a lack/excess of any trace element?
Or did I overdo it with the fertilizers concentration while the leaves were still fragile?

The 18-18-18 is the concentration in the bottle and irrelevant if you dilute it correctly. It is weird ratio as the amount plants need is far from equal for N P and K.
Plants do need other minerals to do you do need to provide those. If your fertilizer doesn't contain those that is a problem.

Could it be a fungal or viral disease?

I was watching The Resident last night.

A dude came in with a cough and instead of sending him on his way with a cough drop, the newbs called for some test which his body rejected, which caused a need for antibiotics which he was allergic to, which caused a need for surgery and a heart attack.

Ignore it.

I'd be happy if it's not a serious problem, but I'm afraid that it can be a disease.

Nothing is a serious problem!

I was watching....here we go again!...

The Darkhorse Podcast with the authors of the book, https://www.googleadservices.com/pa...=2ahUKEwigwsqbrMv3AhUnGTQIHVeEB5MQ0Qx6BAgEEAE
(Hope that link condenses!)

They talk about how humans have easy to update software, which makes us easily adaptable. However, our software can not update as fast as we have allowed technology to move us forward as of late.....

Freeing the Software code of our own brain is the only way we can actually free ourselves, then society.

They have our software trapped and stuck on chemicals and cides.

This is evil and death really clearly when you reset your software, and don't allow them to enslave you.

I believe in Freeing the Code, but personal responsibility always comes first.

I haven't lost any time over concerns of even fertilizer, let alone micronutrients, pests or disease, in like 4 years, still haven't lost any trees, or worse, design options.
