“Mikawa” JBP is referring to the Japanese Island where the trees are found. The JBP native to that island are thought to have nicer bark than JBP native to other places. So seeds collected from trees on Mikawa island are said to be “Mikawa”.

Other named varieties are reproduced asexually. Primarily grafts.

With about 6-10 years ground grown trunk development might be worth asking price. Today would not give over maybe $55-60 for them. Suspect seller would balk at thiso_O
He declined my $65 offer 😂
