Does anyone else use Bougain?

I have been using Bougain on my bougainvilleas for a couple of years and have been very happy with the product and the company BGI until recently. Last year I used a couple of the 2 pound bags. This year I ordered a 10 pound bag in early spring and received quick service. I ordered another 10 pound bag on July 4 and have not received it yet. They have not reply to my email and 2 phone messages.

Does anyone one else use Bougain and had any problems with their orders?

I did too last year. This year I went straight through BGI.

BGI stepped up with some good customer service! They refunded my money and sent me the product. Only down side is I had to contact them through PayPal to get some action. I guess all is forgiven and I will purchase from them again.
