My Sharp’s Pygmy has had drooping leaves all summer. It hasn't lost any leaves besides a few interior ones, and has also put out three pushes of growth.

Ive kept it watered pretty well, and in Oakland the temps are cool enough for it. What I’m thinking is it does not like the air pot. I’m considering transferring it to a same size solid pot if others on here think that might fix the problem. Cheers and thanks!

That looks to me like what Sharps Pigmy foliage normally does.

If the new shoots are turgid, roots are working, the xylem (wood) is transporting water. Normal colored leaves means minor elements are in sufficient quantity. A second flush means the leaves are doing their job. I don't see a problem with this tree.

Maybe I'm missing some detail in what you've presented here.

I guess The others I’ve seen at nursery’s and online don’t have foliage that curls down this much. I was thinking it was some kind of hydration issue. Is it normal for them to curl down this much?
