So I've had my dwarf Jade bonsai for only a year but needed to repot it due to the condition of the pot it came in. It's been super healthy and has grown all year. I repotted it today but didn't realize it should wait to be watered. I didn't make any root cuts or trims. Should I do anything? I want to minimize the chance of introducing root rot.

It'll be fine. Some people even water right away but do not water till they see new growth. Expect some of the foliage to shrivel up. If you're seeing new growth in the next 2-3 weeks then your jade is fine.

So, over the past couple days, the leaves on my jade have turned a lighter color of green and some are shriveling up, which I know is pretty normal. Should I continue to keep it in my south facing window and prioritize direct sunlight?
