I'm just wondering where the editorial comments on the titles of a couple of ridiculous threads have come from. What's up with that?

I claim "stupid useless banter" and "non bonsai junk". I just removed them as to not ruffle feathers. I thought they were tags that only I would see... see?

Any guesses where the others came from?

I was thinking the same thing! I don't think we were supposed to read that! It is always good to know what people think of you!
There is always something disturbing going on lately on many Bonsai forums, it makes me wonder!
Hans.

Nothing to wonder about Hans. Keep doing what you do and take care of your back. The next time you come to the U.S., you must come to Kansas City and have some barbecue!!! Oh, and beer.

Besides this one?

Amazing, I haven't seen it.

Crack a beer for me next time Chris, none of that imported stuff either. ;)

Yeah, I claim the others, put in response to your editorials. Likewise, I removed the ones I posted. However, I didn't post the others, or the ones on http://bonsainut.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1423 looks like someone has found another way to post secretly where they can attack without fear of response. After 4 years, you'd think they'd have something new, or at least have learned it does nothing for the forum or to me. Never slowed me down, never hampered me, certainly never prevented me from responding to such drivel.

Well, I don't know. Is Anheuser Busch still considered domestic? We could have Boulevard Pale Ale or Stout, or any other domestic. Personally I much prefer a Guinness to almost any other beer. Negra Modelo comes in a strong second.

Insofar as Pilsners are concerned, I prefer Budweiser or any number of local German beers that are not imported (so far as I know) to the U.S.

I have recently updated a lot of the board software. One of the new "features" is the ability to add hyper-tags to content to improve search functionality. Currently I allow everyone to do so, though it is by no means required (the baseline search engine does a decent job with standard text searches) however it might be of benefit on posts that don't have a lot of text - for example photos or illustrations. You might, for example, take some photos in the mountains, and want to add search links like ponderosa, yamadori, etc, without having to write a long text description. It is similar to the functionality in Wikipedia, and can be used for both "good" and "evil". I can always turn it off if it becomes too much of a distraction.

I have noticed a lot of changes Greg. Some good some bad. A few will take something good and use it for bad no different than anything else they do.
I could really have fun with the Tags tho ;o~.....
