Awesome!
Thanks for the link...seems meanwell drivers and samsung led’s are the mainstay in custom settups😃
Will definately look into this....and sure there will be a day where I try them out for myself!
no problem. I've followed the owner of plc (greengenes garden) on youtube for years, so I'm a little biased 😁
i was really interested in trying out and tweaking his jacks 321 nutrient mix he uses. I've been using 202020 dyed salt and recharge for the past three years, but i think i can save money and improve the quality of the salts by switching to a jacks hydro/calcium nitrate/epsom salt mix.

Wow Craig, the quality of your seedlings is astounding. Well done. I definitely am very impressed by the size and good color of your seedlings. I love the "blue" tint to the Mikawa due to the juvenile leafs. Healthy.

In Spring I will be looking for a few Mikawa JBP.

Thanks,Leo! It’s Curtis ,by the way👍
In a week or two about half of the Mikawa’s will be going into a flowering tent. This will be fun.Implementing various red spectrum lights ....far red, deep red etc. and also drop to 12 hour light cycle........this should plump up the terminal buds and then I need to cold store them so I have room for the other 50 or so to mature in veg the rest of the Winter and have ready by 1st of April. They will be big ones!!!
Also thanks,I have you on notification list!!!

The Autumn/Bud tent is set up!!!!!!!

Ok,so just about done.Put 50 or so of Mikawa seedling cuttings to get some Autumn terminals setting.Light cycle at 12 hrs......this should initiate the process.......see how this goes....obviously not cold temperatures.
Deep reds, far reds and a 3500k board for some flowering purposes. Can see the differents spectrum just by looking at it.
4000k in my other tents to maintain excellerated photosynthesis and stocky growth.......makes subpar terminal buds though I have come to realize.
I will add a pure uv suppliment lighting also and with bloom fertilizer at at full strength and get these pumped up in the brix department.
Will totally get put into a fridge at an instant 40-50 degree temperature drop to about 33F!!!
They will be fine though lol

Wow man your setup is really impressive.
Thanks, man.Really fun setting it up.Was counting all the amps on each breaker today to make sure we’re good ...lol.Gotta’ keep it safe.I am about maxed out as far as gadgets go!!!

Ready to see some winter termanals elongate on these.I will be tickled to death.
It is funny how the genetics shine through with the seedlings....... reliably approaching that final terminal bud sequence........even in a couple mnths of excellerated growth they reach this state and actually come to a temporary standstill.

Propogation technique efforts

So, an update on new propogation efforts.
This will work.It takes 5 minutes to make a tray. After rooting they will go into this tray.
As I do normally have 100% success,I am yet still experimenting. So eventually will possibly just root with prepared inserts like this start to finish........then be potted a few weeks before sale. The Rootpouch will do a fine job on a 3mnth old seedling cutting with a 1.3” rootball!!!!
Way cool......then no transplanting whatsoever until just before sale. Can store in cold storage until this time.
So 20 a tray .

Update !!! Zelkova seedling cuttings and Mikawa seedling cuttings.

Well the zelkova’s seem to be rooting. It has been 11 days....will see ho productive this is or so I stay with aeroponic method.

The Mikawa’s are looking great. Some are very, very nice!!!

The ones in the bloom tent have responded awesomely to the increase in fertilizer.....will update them after a while of the blooming cycle to see.

I will up the fertlizer with the mikawa’s tomorrow.
