It's winter here in New York, so I moved my Little Olie into the house. It's getting 4 - 6 hours of light, I put the pot in a tray with a little water (for humidity) and I water it every few days. But, I feel like I should be giving it some fertilizer, even though some "care sheets" say that you shouldn't fertilize during the winter.
What is the consensus about winter fertilizing? Also, if I do fertilize, should I use a spray (liquid) fertilizer, or a soil fertilizer?
Thanks for any advice.

Odd I know, but my olive grows in the winter inside almost as much as outside in the summer. It does slow down a bit, but still plenty of new growth. I fertilize with a mild liquid with each watering. My BRT is the same, plenty of growth, and I do the same with it.
