aka Ficus Retusa, aka...
I purchased in 2014, but this is the earliest picture I have on 3/21/2015.
This picture was taken about 3 weeks after defoliating. You can see all the wire marks from the previous owner, not a big deal; they should heal as the tree is grown out.

5/02/2015 - wired 6 weeks ago; pushing growth. The new buds on the lower trunk will become sacrifices and used for grafting shown in the following posts

1. A root originating from mid trunk is trying to escape the pot, just on the surface of the moss.
2. I hope this graft heals a large scar on the trunk that is very visible from what will be the front of the tree.
3. This view show where the branch used in the graft originated from; the other branch is a sacrifice.
4. New front and planting angle.
5. 1/15/2017

Time to re-wire some of the branches for the new planting angle. The graft did not work; the trunk healed quickly, pushing the approach-scion out if the channel I gauged last year. I should have tapered the groove to avoid this.

I used a sharp graver to carve an old scar and encourage the wound to continue to close. I tied the tree securely In a larger training container and arranged some roots with wire.
This tree grows well dispite a small root mass

Repotted; the profile is starting to take shape. The are 3 sacrifice branches that will continue to grow. 2 on the lower trunk and one that is now the secondary trunk on the left. These will grow on until the scars heal, the trunk gets thicker.
