Sorry Anthony but I didn't understand what you meant... What problems? Root problems? Are you talking about the cutting?Warning Gustavo,
apart from Ficus b, Ficus willow leaf and a Ficus wall climber [ seen from Hawaii,]
Most other Ficus types, give problems and often the root looks best.
Good Day
Anthony

sorry for the late reply, but yes I think tiger bark is a F. microcarpa. Is the microcarpa the same as Tiger Bark Ficus, because that’s what we call this tree.

I believe F. retusa is a whole different species. Retusa means that the leaf would have an indentation at the tip...I thought the ficus retusa was the tiger bark. I could definitely be mistaken though
An informative read on that topic us found here. https://adamaskwhy.com/2016/07/24/f...0PdtToO7Z9-AYMNiJijV0U33rSc5vvrGnTlzV_nhxdiooI thought the ficus retusa was the tiger bark. I could definitely be mistaken though
Ficus are an easy species and my climate is perfect for them. So it’s not much of an accomplishment but thanks anywaysNice work on getting both of them to live. You have earned one gold star. Now wire it!!
And today I worked on the cutting. I’m quite please with it. These guys grow like mad
