I got this tree from a dear friend and mentor's wife, about two years after he passed. He had been growing this in his garden and pruning it as he went along.
It has been very rewarding to date and was dug with very little to no fine roots, after a shaky start in taking a few months to start growing... growing shoots and dying back multiple times, its on. Strong growth has been put out and I eliminated double and or unnecessary shoots yesterday
The limbs feel very long... but a reduction by an inch or two is not out of the question. Each of the three limbs is an inch in diameter.
