Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share this lovely ash with you all.
Interesting trunk movement.
Any ideas / suggestions welcome. (especially if it related to chopping the branches!)
I'm quite happy with this trunk thickness for now. Plan is to allow root development in new substrate. Then move to a long slender bonsai pot.
(Pardon my poor man Heinz pot for now!)

Interesting movement but looks pretty reverse tapered. Still can be interesting tree if surviving. Looks to be indoors so must know cannot be kept indoors. Good Fortune with it;).

Of course, it's a cold day today so I was in my garage. It'll be outdoors tomorrow. Planning to leave it untouched for a year (assuming it survives and takes root). Probably a tall pot after that.🙂

If you really want the interesting section of trunk to live, you may want to cut the top off and stick it in the ground.

There is a very poor chance it will live, but it's the ONLY chance I reckon.
