Dare I ask if some would consider this a "Windswept" styled tree?


I usually stay away from such categorizing...
Seeing it usually brings about a million responses of this is not right. .. or that's not how you do something... lol!

I would consider it "mostly windswept". The foliage in the center that is on the left side of the trunk seems incongruent with a harsh wind blowing from left to right. All the rest of the branches and styling support a windswept vibe however.
