Putting this up to keep track of progress on this project...

Tonight ill just be attaching the larger rock on to my dish.

I have a few more small one I can use if I wish that match this one.

I'll have around 8 smaller fic .B cuttings I can use in a few days and a larger group of 3 ...

Grabbed some mini palm stuff today to also include if the size matches up.

Look so I had to get better glue for it... the first run did not work out well, but I have it on there super good now...

I have another chunk of rock that's the same stuff.

Should I put on or leave it?

1 is with out
2 is with
And 3 is the side view to see what i would be working with..

whats it weight, and how did you attach it? looks like you defied gravity!! lol o_Oo_O:rolleyes:

it does look like an ancient piece of wood, I don't think the little rock is necessary though, I do like the rock.

I like @Bonsai Nut idea. It would solve the stability issue. If you don't have access to a tile saw they make tile cut off blades at the big box stores that fit saws and grinders of various types.

No doing the tile thing boys... she's on there for good... I wanted it to have the look of its not stable... but she's on and balances nicely.

And I'm not trying to hide the bottom, I just didn't know if it would look better with another rock on it or not. I know it's really hard to give a true opinion when it's only 2D.

I like this as the front. Which means the low rock would be in back?15176192347661027549223.jpg

Which means you can add it w/o much worry about affecting this front.....?

Here....1517619308257543677667.jpg

Looks like the low rock can find a better position....

Just remember Moss and soil can hide things....

Fucking love this project...
Cooking up one of my own for this summer!

Never seen a guy come with tree after questionable tree....

Then completely knock it out the box with a rock!

I think you found your calling!

Friggin Sick!

Lol thanks dude.

I do enjoy working with other materials, it's what got me on the road to bonsai.
