Organic and lots of it...Cakes I make from PlantTone (5-3-3), and weekly fish/seaweed liquid, switching to a 1-8-7 in September. More detail is here:

I am a complete bonsai newbie but I know all about Great Lakes Brewery in Cleveland. Gotta love the home town brew! I think the tree looks much better after the cuts and the beer looks delicious. My favorite Great Lakes is their Octoberfest.
