Your maples look more like (they are) Douglas maples (a. glabrum spp. Douglasii) than vine maples (a. circinatum).

I can't switch it, though you can always add a tag, not that anyone reads them, but it can signify that we are human and made a mistake.
It's educational in that if someone doesn't want to let go of the belief their tree is what it is, they can see it's not the first time. Just a small percentage of honesty, but in combination with the rest, we become better together.
