That's sweet of you.. I think we've avoided them because of the toxicity.
Just makes you itch a little, after you trim them. A quick hand wash takes care of it. Neither the dog or cat ever went near them, when I've had them in the house or the patio before.

Photo dump. The last flower is absolutely awesome, the picture doesn’t show quite how dark one spot is though. They’re all from the same plants as earlier in the thread- “Dads White”. And apparently toads like to nestle in these pots, you may be able to see the craters it left behind in the soil:confused:. I wired two of them, and the third was just a trunk split off one of them during repot- not that you can see the wires in the bushier plant though.

Here is something many Northerners have probably not seen, Vaccinium arboretum 'Sparkleberry'. I heard they were extremely difficult to collect and keep alive but I have two in training pots (for three years).

There’s beautiful, old ones on the dirt road I live on. Not had the time during the collection window to ask my neighbors if I could dig one though. I really want to give them a shot, there’s something special about them IMO

Pretty. I've had one for years, and it has NEVER bloomed.

Crystal gave me hers after 17 years, never bloomed, told me to toss it if I want last year. I up potted it last Summer. going to cut it way back this week and see what happens...

Mine dropped all of it's leaves after I brought it in last fall, I hoped it would die. But no, completely leafed out. I think it's evil .
