Lantana, destined to become mame bonsai. The blossoms are less than 1/4” in diameter. Reducing the leaf size may be a bit of a challenge,
I have a few I'm trying. My friend/waterer didn't do a very good job on a couple of them while we were on vacation, but I think they will survive.

Baloney. Flowers are welcome in any size, but long, skinny internodes, wagon-wheel branching in every direction out of fat nodes making criss-cross architecture are all another story. The only Lantana bonsai I've ever seen are bonnets of blooms. Pretty, but not bonsai. Only stupid people attempt these as bonsai.

I have 3 in-process.

Ipomoea batata is the culinary sweet potato. There are I. batata with attractive leaves, planted as an ornamental. if your winters are mild they sometimes carry over and will flower with flowers just like morning glories.
Thanks, Leo!

Went to Boston (phonetic pronunciation: B@ston) in July. They have a lot of pretty flowers up North.
BIG Bougie! 😀
Yep it’s my big boy. Freshly lime sulfured in that picture.

Beautiful garden you have there. Does it get cold in the winter where you live in OZ?

Cold is a relative term. We live in a cooler part of a very large continent and many Aussies think it is far too cold up here but many Europeans and North Americans would wonder what they are thinking.
Cold nights in winter get down to 4 below freezing, very occasionally 7 below so w get frost most mornings for a few months in winter but it always melts as the sun rises. Snow down this low is rare - 3 times in my 60 years and only lasts for a few hours at most.
Does that sound 'cold' to you?

That doesn't sound 'cold' but very refreshing. Seems like a nice climate to live in. Here on the Gulf of Mexico, it's about the same for winter temperatures. Almost makes up for the brutal summers.
