The pot is 21" x 14", the canopy is 25" higher than the pot and 41" long. Located in Harrison Twp, MI. Viewing by appointment.

History: About 100 years old (an estimate). Collected by Vance Hanna from a parking lot bunker during reconstruction of Washington Square Building, downtown Royal Oak,Michigan in 1973 and styled some years later...

Re-positioned and grown out for two years...

Very cool! I'm in Clinton Twp, didn't know there was such cool bonsai in the area. Are you two members of the Four Seasons Bonsai club? Is there any more material for sale? $5000 is a bit out of my range right now. Also I didn't know Meijer did a Bonsai show. My girlfriend works for them and I go shopping there all the time.

I'm a member of Ann Arbor Bonsai Society and Vance was a member of FSBC, but has moved to California. I have several smaller trees for sale from $200 to $500. The Frederick Meijer Gardens bonsai show is held on Mother's Day weekend every year.
