The weather here in maine has been figgen amazing for this time of year. Around 40s during the day time. So I thought I would take a few minutes and walk around the yard a look for some trees I might want to dig up or lob the heads off of in the spring. ... I happened to find these 2 trees I cut the tops off of last summer and completely forgot about them this hole summer.

Though I would post the pics of them.

First 2 pics is an apple tree really nice looking bark about 3" not sure if I should cut it down another foot now and see how it looks next spring and dig it up or just dig it up in the spring. ..it has 3 trunks so maby just cut one or two off. Any words of wisdom?

Second one not 100% sure but is looking good ( to me any who) .

Damn That's some earth.

You'd have to cut the first one down to nothing IMO.

Have you found the base of the second?

Maybe you forgot you forgot them on purpose? Lol.

Looks better from the second angle, but nothing to get excited about. I liked the bark on the other trees, and that's where I would concentrate in the spring.
