I saw those peach pits.

Good news about peaches, they have lovely pinkish flowers, and from seed they are quick compared to other stone fruits. Peach can begin flowering in as little as 3 years, usually by 5 years. So you don't have to wait forever for peach from seed to start flowering. For bonsai, go big with peach as leaves are large. Plan on 3 foot tall tree.

Also... Parkinsonia, I believe, are trying to throw flower.. each one has a “tip” that looks just like this.0E5AD776-AA5A-4284-A964-B4F55427D609.jpeg

I also had one try to blow it’s leaves after up-pot to 4 inch... but the stem appears very healthy..
I know they blow leaves due to stress/seasonal changes in the wild.. so I actually think it will be alright... hopefully. 🤣

Upon noticing a bit of mold, in one of the containers, I decided to pull all the seeds I had “started” THIS way, (seeing as mold was ‘happenin’ in this environment) Give em a fungus bath, and stick em in the “tried and true” sprouting-pot-seeds-in-your-underwear-drawer-method... except colder. 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️

After the “Hot Water scarification” and a 24-hour soak... ALL sinkers... nice!View attachment 359628
@Cadillactaste , did you get yours yet?
The seeds from a friend. Yes...they came. I think I stuck them out in the greenhouse. I have no idea what to do with them...I've not done seed before. I don't want to use a seed mat...so...Maybe wait for it to be warmer out? I do have a cool system for propagating seeds...wicked pots and tray that holds four pots. (Two of which have Nippon Daisy cuttings in them.)

Are you saying that you planted these out in pots, or did you put them back in the refrigerator in "fresh" paper towel?

I would have kept them in the refrigerator until freeze danger has passed, then outside for the summer.

It was time.. a few Acer seeds and one of the Siberian Peashrub sprouted “tails”.. I trayed up.. but WILL protect.

The boys and I also collected “helicopters with tails” in my plant area.
