I hate it with a passion. Just as soon as we buy that winning lottery ticket, I will live somewhere it never get's below 70!!

Don't send me hate mail but I love the first good killing frost. We have had a good frost the last 2 nights and expect for the next 2 nights as well. Expect 25 F tonight. I am delighted.
After 50 years of landscape installations I learned to truly love this time of year. I remember planting trees in hard packed red clay at 96 F with the only shade being the tree you were planting.
I love Florida ...... in February.

Snow-melt pond encroaching on my mulched in tress... It has never been this bad in 15 years. Guess I'll rethink where I mulch them in next year.
