Lost all its leaves and only grew back half of them. What can I do to get the other half to grow its leaves back? I believe the wood is still alive. And this happened last summer.

I don't have an answer for that but I will follow this post in case someone else does. When I first bought mine it grew all kinds of shoots and attracted all kinds of pests. I got the pests under control and repotted it, then for about a year and half it flowered daily but never grew noticeably. Towards the end of last summer it started to grow some shoots again, then came the hurricane, followed by more pests. Still alive and flowering again but meh. I keep it outside full sun here in Florida.
