I am not personally familiar with Full Moon Bonsai, but I have only lived in the Charlotte area for six months, and given the coronavirus situation, have not done much exploring.

I'm pretty sure Full Moon Bonsai is defunct, as the owner passed away a few years ago and the business closed shortly after.
