Fungus on maples?

Hi all

I am slightly worried about my two maples which have developed black spots on the leaves over the past couple of weeks

Is this anything to worry about and if so should I be treating it with anything?

On a side note I have noticed woodlouse underneath the pots on a few occasions so wondering if this is also a bad sign and something that needs to be sorted?
