Getting Bonsai Wiki working again

It may be my Fall "to do" project. Around the holidays I often have some down time to work on the site. To be honest, I wasn't happy with the way the last Wiki Software worked. My first priority (above all else) is to make sure that once we start building the Wiki that all the content can be saved, backed up, and transferred without much effort. If anyone knows of a good Wiki software program, let me know so I can take a look. Otherwise I will start poking around; in the last year I'm sure things have improved / changed.
