Check out this little monster I liberated from the field(local parking lot)

No chops or pruning yet. I want it to get comfortable over the autumn and winter and I'll start looking at it seriously come September and the spring.

Thanks! I have a yellow berry variant in development and they are a pleasure to work with(other than the deeply painful thorn wounds)

Nice base. The challenge with older growth on these, like yours, is that it tends to be ramrod straight. They need to be wired early. Good part is you can cut back hard and get lots of new growth everywhere.
