So, to keep it brief, a gutter fell off of my apartment building, and the next morning I found a white mulberry tree that had been growing in the gutter for a number of years. the leaves were limp but still green, it's now in a pot with some soil, but hasn't perked up after about a day or so. still looks very green just floppy, any idea if it'll survive the ordeal?

Hard to say honestly.

Put it in a shady spot and be careful with watering (not too wet and not dry). Other than that leave it alone and see if it perks back up or pushes more leaves (not sure they do push more growth during the year).

9?
Depends how dry it got before you found it. Chances are good though because mulberry are really tough. Even if all the leaves fall off that's only the tree trying to conserve moisture to get through. Always wait a month after to see if it shoots.
