Has anyone tried Nashi?

I got a few nashi from seeds I collected. Like all pear-trees, they are not that easy to work with, but the colours of the leaves in autumn are worth seeing. The shades from green to yellow, orange and red looks a bit like those of Chinese quince.

I might plant this one in the ground to develop faster now.
