Lol. I know everyone loves these (sarcasm), but I have a fukien tea with (maybe) a fungus infection? Not too sure what it is. I've looked for pictures but don't really see anything that I can for sure identify as the same issue. The spots don't rub off. Any help with identifying the problem and possible solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

May just be shedding old leaves. Do a web search for FT fungal problems and cures and see what you find.

thin it a bit and keep outside during summer. Make sure to slowly acclimate to brighter light (go from shade to lighter shade and so on.) It will burn up if you put it immediately out in the sun. Don't water the foliage

I do not know which fungicide is good for the species (or if it will tolerate fungicides)

I don't know if it's too late, but giving it some fertilizer should help, it seems it's just yellowing from too little light or not enough nutrients.
I have a white bottle of bonsai fertilizer, bone and blood meal, just put half a tea spoon in a cup of water a day after the previous watering.
It might also be over watered, which is easy with these. it's best to water every few days when the soil gets a bit dry, it should always be damp, not moist.
