Hey everyone!
Was gifted this little guy but I’m unsure if it’s a cedar or some kind of juniper cultivar? Any help would be much appreciated thank you!

Looks like cryptomeria (Japanese Red Cedar), to me, also. When younger (within the first ten years) they always look like clubmossish

i agree, I just wondered if it was a dwarf cultivar only because the trunk looks more “mature” than other red cedars I’ve seen of the same size.
