Hornbeam drops leaves after being transported

About a week ago I became the owner of Oriental Hornbeam, it was delivered to me by a transport company. T
he seller packed it well: sealed the crown in polyethylene, covered the container with sphagnum moss to avoid drying out.
I watered it for the first time after receiving it and didn't water it again, because currently is +15C - + 20C outside and the soil dries slowly.
It's planted in a mixture of expanded clay and peat, where this tree comes from a rather hot climate and many use peat in the soil mixture, I planned to repot it in the spring to a more drained soil.
Everything was fine until recently: I noticed that some of the leaves began to fall off (especially on weak branches). The leaf takes on a yellowish tint and easily falls off when touched or on the wind.
This is unlike the natural dropdown the leaves in fall, as the leaf doesn't turn completely yellow before falling off.
For comparison, the two photos on the left are unhealthy leaves, on the right are healthy leaves on stronger shoots.
How can I help the tree? Winter is coming and the leaves should be fall of naturally, but it drops them almost green.

Could very well be shock from shipping and a new climate, be careful that you do not over or under water your tree, do you have a photo of the whole tree?

I have a whole tree photo when the tree was in June with the original owner. If necessary, I can take a photo tomorrow.

Is there a way to help?

I wouldn't worry about it. It's unlikely you will be able to do much before autumn leaf drop and winter dormancy...even if there is a problem--which there doesn't seem to be--at least from what I can see--that leaf drop could be autumn, could be from packing drying out the leaves, could be from the roots getting a bit dry--in any of those cases, it's not a crisis that needs to be "solved," just needs that need to be addressed. you did that with proper watering.
