I just saw a lot of springtails in a few plants' soil. What should I do? Please suggest. Thank you very much.

Why you want to kill them? They are are beneficial to agriculture and gardening, they play a positive role in the establishment of plant-fungal symbioses. They also contribute to controlling plant fungal diseases through their active consumption of mycelia and spores of damping-off and pathofenic fungi

I agree.

But too much of anything could spell a problem.

I uncovered a friggin swarm of rollypollys this morning so they got smashed. Poor things, I been trying to keep em from breeding but they just out there grooving!

Springtails will not bother your plants.
They are a nuisance though. I had them pretty bad 3 years ago.
They come in on the heels of a wet year/Spring, flooding, says my local pest control.

Are they found on old wood that is cracked? My decking was Sun rotted and they bread there
like rabbits. They will cluster under your pots, but like @sorce said too much of a good thing...
they make spots where you want to combine sitting and bonsai kinda creepy, and bringing
a bonsai indoors for an evening of display is removed from the schedule. Nuisance they are.

Y'know those things fit pretty good in a BB gun. At least they did when I was a kid. And they won't break the neighbor's window.
