How/when to bring indoor maple seedling outside

Hey, I’ve grown this seedling inside but I’d like it to be an outdoor tree. It’s early spring here in New Jersey and I’m just wondering how / when to acclimate it outdoors. Thanks !

You can start any time now just bring it in if there is a frost.

Maple seedlings will cope with light frost.
Move from indoors to lots of direct sun may cause sunburn so start slowly with just a few hours of sun a day and build up with a bit more every few days as it gets used to the extra UV.
