Does anyone know of an online source (or a brick/mortar store in E. Washington, where I can buy Hydrocks or DynaRock ?

Those are brand names for calcined clay, the same thing as turface which you can get in Spokane at
Wittkopf Landscape Supplies 8721 N. Fairview Road 509-467-0685

or for small quantities any Home Depot or Lowe's has it as Schultz Aquatic Soil.
